Consistent project naming

Repository is named cosmic-applibrary, while crate is named cosmic-app-library. This introduces confusion in how the project is packaged, see https://repology.org/projects/?search=cosmic-app%25library. Could this be fixed please? Probably GH project will be easier to rename, and it'll automatically retain redirects from the old location.
