[Feature Request] create a native applet like a Linux Version of Mac’s DropOver

Create a native Cosmic applet, where this applet will accept all types of files, will stack them all in a space and then the person will be able to drag all these files wherever they want, such as: another desktop, upload to a website, etc.

An example of a feature that already exists in Linux and is similar is this repository on GitHub, called collector: collector

I believe that this applet will be very useful, especially when it comes to attracting lay people or people who want similar features that are available on Mac and Windows (on Windows there is a similar alternative, but it is not native and was made by a developer alone).
