[BUG] Input-sources: Typing properties ( repeat delay & rate ) are set to default when changing input source

Specific applet that this is regarding (if applicable): input-sources

Issue/Bug description: Changing the input source from the applet resets the typing properties ( repeat delay & repeat rate ) to default

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you have 2 input sources.
2. In cosmic-settings change under typing the default repeat rate and delay to something else.
3. Change input source from the applet.
4. Inspect the typing properties in cosmic-settings. Repeat delay and rate are back to default.

Expected behavior: Typing properties are not changed when changing input source

~~It is solved after the latest updates.~~ Sorry, I was wrong. The issue still exists with latest cosmic-applets/noble,now 0.1.0~1736335055~24.04~edcf29d.
