Updating status area icons

I want to help with this as it is the only showstopper for my daily driver usage but I am VERY new to rust and cosmic. Can you give me a hint how to test this properly. I don't want to compile, replace binaries and restart.

@pikachunakapika You can cd into cosmic-applet-status-area and cargo run it. It will launch a new status area. If you want to see it in the panel, you can build the full cosmic-applets binary and link it into your PATH, e.g. to .local/bin and restart the panel with killall cosmic-panel.

Flatpak Nextcloud tray icon doesn't update either.

Did https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-applets/pull/866 supersede the need for this PR? Icons seem to be updating now.
