[FEATURE] Weather panel applet

Like in Gnome, a weather panel applet would be hugely appreciated.

I also agree on such applet, especially if uses Yr.no, Open Weather etc.

I installed Forecast (flatpak) but there is no option to put applet to panel that shows weather.
