Bluetooth doesn't reconnect to mouse that has gone into low power state

Unsure how best to report this issue.

On an AMD Framework 13 using a Razer Orichi v2 mouse with Bluetooth, it seems if I don't use the mouse for a white, i.e. it goes into a sleep/low power state Cosmic DE doesn't pick the Bluetooth mouse back up again until I turn Bluetooth off and on again within Cosmic DE.

Let me know if I can dig out some logs or anything.

This does not happen within Gnome.
