[App list] FR: Add "recent files" section

Kde have that. I'm not sure what is the protocol in use.

This could be implemented as a separate applet from the app list. The app list applet is already pretty complicated :sweat_smile: so I think it would probably be better to separate them.

We plan to have a "Bookmarks" feature in COSMIC Files. An applet that provides quick access to those could be useful as well. Adding this is the Epoch 2 Idea Repo.
