[BUG] Applications applet clicked causes windows to be unable to be focused

When automatic tiling is enabled, and the "Applications" applet is clicked, no other windows or applets are able to be focused, meaning nothing can be done as the applications window isn't shown and isn't able to be cancelled.

Means a hard reboot is necessary to clear the error.

I'm not able to reproduce this. What I'm doing:

Firefox, and two terminals open
Click the Applications applet
Applications Library appears
Either click an app to launch it or click anywhere outside the Applications library and it closes

A screenshot may be helpful to try to reproduce.
