PopOS kernel panic after latest 6.17 kernel upgrade

after the recent upgrade in 24.04 LTS of pop OS with cosmic DE the device wont boot and gets stuck in the ASUS logo i had to use recovery to roll back onto an older version of the update so here are my specs given below
