no log file creation in windows 10 32 bit systems

I was using this tool on windows 10 64 bit and had no log produced , and the same happened when using this tool on windows 10 32 bit. Is there a build problem ?

Same here. Is apiminer still working on Windows 10? Nothing happened After executing apiminer...

Fixed it with disabling execution policy in powershell (Bypass)
