grpc: improve storage read strategy

in grpc for methods that return a Reader we're sending all the content upfront. This has some advantages, like reducing the latency, but has the drawback that if the other side (plakar) doesn't read everything up to EOF, for e.g. due to cancellation, they might go out of sync.
