electrum-ltc-3.3.4.1.exe stopped working on Windows 10 1809

electrum-ltc-3.3.4.1.exe stopped working on Windows 10 1809 since I upgraded from Build 1803.
It used to work under Windows 8.1 & Windows 10 Build 1803.
I can still start 3.3.3.1 standalone and the setup version of 3.3.4.1 - both work fine.
Are there any problems known.

What happens, exactly, when you try to run electrum-ltc-3.3.4.1.exe? Do you get any error message?
The GUI dosen't come up at all. I can see electrum-ltc in taskmanager. No error message. I really don't understand the problem. The OS is "clean" / ok.
I can start electrum (BTC) standalone elecron (BCH) standalone electrum-ltc standalone 3.3.3 and the electrum-ltc setup version 3.3.4.1
all work as expected.
I had someone try to replicate the issue on Windows 10 Build 1809, but without success.
When you say that the setup version of 3.3.4.1 works as expected, do you simply mean that the setup program starts, or that after the installation Electrum-LTC works?
Electrum (LTC) 3.3.4.1 works after install & I use it instead of the standalone version now.
I have tried the ...4.1 standalone again still no luck.
Follow up electrum-ltc-3.3.4.1-portable.exe doesn't start either.
Really don't know what's the problem.
