LTCs sent from Electrum-LTC wallet, trans timed out, how do I get LTCs back?

Hello. Per attached image, I sent 2.43578 LTCs to the wallet addy specified by vendor. 100% it is the correct addy. Vendor confirms transactions through Coin Payments. Coin Payments says the transaction was "not confirmed" and timed out. So, question, where are my LTCs? How do I get them back? Coin Payments responds "You provided us with a transaction that did not receive any funds and has timed out. Because there were no funds sent no refund is due or if funds were received after the timeout and a refund was available you have already claimed it", i.e. Coin Payments is no help. Many thanks in advance! capture2

As far as I can tell your transaction is not in the blockchain, so the funds never moved. http://explorer.litecoin.net/address/LWSbrnUYFRpQeH1mdqrxEYsoG4mH4NsDzt Try restoring your wallet from seed.

Pooler that was it, LTCs are restored. Next question then, what did I do wrong that the transaction didn't go through? The steps I took: 1: Hit send button > screen pops up. 2: In "Pay to" field I pasted the full correct vendor wallet addy 3: Typed in the amount of LTC in the next box. 4: Hit the send button. Can't recall if I typed anything into the "description" field. Note: The amount I sent was somewhat more than the transaction amount: the vendor requested 2.43577000, I sent 2.43578 Should I have hit the "Export" button or the "Broadcast" button? Thanks for your kind help!

Update: Also can't recall if I did anything with the "Fee" slider. Should I have?

Update: To answer my own question... What went wrong initially was I didn't set the fee high enough. The initial transaction was only at 100 sat and timed out. I tried it again, set at 550 sat and it went right through.

You should have received a confirmation dialog at that point (not the preview window, just a small confirmation dialog). Any chance that you actually hit the preview button instead of the send button? The "Status: local" in your screenshot indicates that the transaction was created and signed, but never broadcast.

I don't think that is what prevented the transaction from going through. 100 sat/byte should be have been enough.
