Can not send my litecoin to other wallets

I have Electrum 2of3 wallet and trying to send my ltc to other wallet all showing fine but when transaction showing up nothing happened after long long time waiting. Please help i stock with my ltc ltc

You need 2 signatures to send a transaction from a 2of3 wallet. Please refer to the documentation here: http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/multisig.html#spending
