Modularize coin name, symbol, and branding to ease forks

Perhaps implement https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/3807 ideas directly in electrum-ltc.

I'd love to see this implemented upstream. I'm not sure implementing it directly in Electrum-LTC would be a good idea, though, as it would complicate the process of continuous code maintenance.

Maybe upstream is against forking in the first place, https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/3807#issuecomment-362395686 it is hard to tell.
