potential legal troubles with Google Fonts in EU
Due to EU privacy laws, there have been several lawsuits when websites use Google Fonts, see https://www.ra-plutte.de/lg-muenchen-dynamische-einbindung-google-web-fonts-ist-dsgvo/ (German). However static usage of fonts is not problematic. Thus it would be preferable to integrate the font into this repository so that it it isn't loaded from Google.
Thx, I was coming here to open the same issue. But it seem that 5 months later there are no change at all about that...
You can always create a pull request that solves this issue ;-) However I'm not sure if the maintainers of this repository are active anymore, the last commit in the v3 branch was three years ago.
