Removed 'relative_permalink' in _config.yml

After configuration. Github pages said that the current `relative_permalink` is no longer supported. Thus removing it in the base code.

Hi, The last commit on the main branch dates 6 years. There are also lots of unresolved issues and pull requests. Are there any plans to keep this project alive...
