SIP Issues

I disabled SIP, put in the patched and all worked well. Though, after I enabled SIP again - my computer was unusable: finder wouldn't launch, safari..all applications.

After disabling it, finder was back and so was the rest. How can I have SIP enabled and still use my Mac?
