I appoligize if I am doing this wrong, but I have an older mac MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012) 2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 Version 10.15.2

I have done what the video says, but I still can't find sideCar anywhere in preferences and I still can't use. With my iPad 7th generation. I don't have any error messages, it just doesn't work. Any suggestions on how to check and if wrong, how to start again???

Seems like there are many similar issues these days. I will borrow old Mac from my colleague check that issue this week. Can you upload /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SidecarCore.framework/Versions/A/SidecarCore?

I just went into Terminal and typed sudo swift and this is what it replied: I am not sure what to do

Welcome to Apple Swift version 5.1.3 (swiftlang-1100.0.282.1 clang-1100.0.33.15). Type :help for assistance. 1>
