Remove command

There should be a remove command to remove previously installed packages. This may also optionally remove all previous versions for a given channel (such as all old nightlies).

Note for whoever works on this, that in addition to removing the corresponding binary's directory we also need to remove the corresponding entry from .lock. I just ran into this and needing to remove from .lock was not what I expected so wanted to ensure it is noted here.
