Better Unit Tests

With some refactoring, we could add some unit tests that mock the data that we require from Cloudsmith to run ponyup.

This should also include a rewrite of test.sh to use ponytest and appdirs. It would also be nice to avoid having the appdirs path fall out of sync with the prefixes used in test-bootstrap.sh and the README. See https://github.com/ponylang/ponyup/pull/51#discussion_r359397375
