Merge release scripts

linux and macOS nightly and release scripts can be merged like did with ponyc to become

  • x86-64-nightly.bash
  • x86-64-release.bash

additional complexity that ponyc doesn't have: linux statically links.

I'm closing this as the additional complexity doesn't make this "drying" worth it.
