New PyPI release?

The last release on PyPI does not yet support Python 3. I saw here in the repository that it is already supported. It would be nice to have a new release. This would help to updates applications built upon psidialogs to Python 3.

Py3 is work in progress. Not ready yet.

Install now errors with error in psidialogs setup command: use_2to3 is invalid.
