Having LOTS of issues

This is probably just on behalf that i lack a few brain cells but i keep getting an error in designer.

NOTE: when i build the program it does work as should, the skeet menu does pop up.

idk if im referencing the project right. i installed the pkg using the cmd. then i compiled the source and referenced the DLL. then after changing form1 to skeetForm (and putting using skeetui;) i just get this error.
