Some weird problem with google play

Expected Behavior

Gplay should be working flawlessly, with receiving of app updates

Current Behavior

in gplay, the sction of already installed apps, in MANAGE APPS shows some error, and new updates for apps does not show

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign in with an account
2. open google play, click on profile pic, click on manage apps, click on updates, and it can be seen that no updates are available, though it should be showing some updates
