When you change the accent color or change the wallpaper three times in a row, the notification bar starts to slow down. As I understand it, you have a conflict between the system interface and the color palette.

Also after reboot the operator name in The notification panel moves to the right.

This has been happening for a long time and you still haven't fixed it.
