Expected Behavior

SMS and Calls on SIM2 should work just fine. And SMS on SIM1 should not be received delayed, receiving the same message again and again and should receive all message just fine.

EDIT: SMS and Calls on both SIM should work fine

Current Behavior

Right now, on my SIM1 receiving sms is delayed and it'll receive the same message over and over again and it should receive any message just fine. On my SIM2, the GSI detects it, and there's signal bar, but it can't receive any SMS or Calls. My SIM card on SIM2 is working fine on my old device and on OneUI.

EDIT: So when I first created this, calls and sms is still working on SIM1 now both of them isn't working. Already tried reinstalling the IMS from the Treble Settings but still the same. My carrier is Smart Communication from the PH. I hope that kinda helps.

Steps to Reproduce

For the SIM1 problem

1. Try asking someone to send you a message on your SIM1 number
2. Wait for some time till you receive the message
3. Once you receive the message, you'll receive the same message over and over again

For the SIM2 Problem

1. Try asking someone to call/text the number on the SIM2
2. Even if you wait for a long time, you'll not receive any calls or text on that sim card placed on SIM2
