Increase maximum capturing group name length from 32 to 128

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

No problem per se, but: The 32 byte limit for capturing group names was only set to 32 because PCRE2 enforced it. Now that PCRE2 increased this limit to 128, we can do the same.

Describe the solution you'd like

Instead of 32 characters, a capturing group can be up to 128 ASCII characters in length.
