Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently we have no test coverage of our newly created Logger found inside the polywrap package.

Describe the solution you'd like Add simple unit test coverage of the Logger and associated code.

Describe alternatives you've considered An additional piece of work might be to extract the Logger into its own package.
