Crunchy, choppy and laggy audio when laptop on battery

I just listened music as is, with eq thru this plugin, and unplugged my laptop from wall, and for no reason audio got crunchy and choppy, like my pc just overloaded so much that is even audio can't be processed, but no, if i disable capture, audio becomes normal, and in any other software audio works normally, only with this plugin audio on page becomes crunchy, i even not changed power plan in windows settings, it's still on high performance
