Feature Request: adjust speed by percentage

For example, I could set it to 1.1, meaning the speed would increase by 10% each time: 1, 1.1, 1.21, 1.33, 1.46, and so on. MPV has the same feature and it's very useful.

I couldn't agree more. This is the manual page of MPV.

Perhaps we could add mathematical multiplication instead of just mathematical addition.
