如何控制不同页面的视频速度

以前通过快捷键Q可以控制局部还是全局的速度，但是更新插件之后Q没反应了，快捷键里貌似也找不到这个功能了，有解决办法吗

Hello! The pin shortcut is no longer a default shortcut, but you can create one in the options page.

1. Open options page.
2. Create a Pin Tab shortcut.
3. Bind to Key Q.

Lots of users didn't know what it did, so I decided to remove it as a default shortcut.
