Add Advanced Setting to Adjust Sync for Out-of-Sync Videos

It would be helpful to have an advanced setting that allows users to delay or advance the video playback specifically for out-of-sync videos. This feature would help users manually adjust the timing when the audio and video are not properly synced, improving the viewing experience.

I don't know if this is applicable or not, but I wanted to suggest it.
