Does not work on a Descript video

Hello again! The website seems to reset speed every few seconds. To block the website from changing the speed, you can enable "Ghost mode" in the options page.

On the next update, I'll also include descript to an internal list where ghost mode is automatically turned on. Other websites on the list are instagram, onedrive.live.com, etc.
