How can I make it change speed for only a specific tab and not for all pages?

There's a pin icon 📌 on Global Speed's menu. Pinning would allow changing speed for a particular tab. In the options page, you can enable "Pin by default" in the options page so that all new tabs are automatically pinned.

I wonder if creating a site specific url setting would be an altenative...like set it to only come on automatically on opening a webpage in your allowlist and and it resets to off when the url domain name changes? you can do that at the bottom of the settings page?
