Hello. Apologies for the late response. Youtube's subtitle system and most dual subtitle plugin seem to only work up to 2x speed.

@iamqiz I'm [Redacted for privacy]. I did live in Beijing when I was a kid. It was a very cold and windy 3 months 🥶. I have a very vivid memory of the wind blowing me away. I would like to visit again, but maybe Hainan or Chongqing this time. 😅
