Feature description
Color wheel option to change the app Theme color replacing the "newpipe red". brownie points if gradient is allowed.
Why do you want this feature?
after years of using the app, the "newpipe red" color is getting tiresome and it is soo prominent it makes the app feel dated.
Why ist the feature relevant to this fork?

tbh i think tubular could just pick a new color and stick to it. implementing a color wheel and maintaining it might be more trouble than it's worth, but i might be wrong.
Do note that a lot of the screens are actually in YouTube Red, Bandcamp Blue or whatever streaming service is selected—instead of "NewPipe Red". It looks like only Downloads, Settings and About & FAQ are in NewPipe Red.
I've been so much sick of the red, lying in hospital, that I dropped Tubular and switched to Libretube.
