Unable to add custom addresses (piped.video) to Open by Default

Steps to reproduce the bug

Apps settings - newpipe (or hold press on newpipe icon - app info) - Open By Default. A whole list of possible links are listed there, of which none is piped.video. However, the option "add link" at the bottom (which I'd need) is greyed out. I'd like Tubular to be able to catch any URL I set it to catch, if needed. These days piped instances and other defederated video instances are popping everywhere with new URL addresses, so keeping it to a limited shortlist isn't too handy.

Expected behavior

Being able to add a custom URL so Newpipe will open when clicked those.

Actual behavior

Unable to click "Add link" as the button is greyed out.
