Steps to reproduce the bug

1- Turn off "rewind pauses skipping" 2- open a video with skippable segments

Expected behavior

With "rewind pauses skipping" turned off, rewinding the video should skip the segment again

Actual behavior

Rewinding the video doesn't skip the segment despite the option being turned off.
