Currently selected index

Would be great if we can view the currently selected index. A likely place to show it would be the "Change Index" button.

It might work like this:

• If no index is selected, the button text could be "Select Index"
• if any valid index is selected then the Index name can be shown
• when a host is changed it should be reset to "Select Index" .
