[Feature] Ticket Fields, Change Requests, and Workflows.

I would like to request a ticket fields option for public tickets.
For example admins will be able to create pre-defined fields for users to fill out based on the admins needs.
General Request, Help with application x, etc.
It would also be neat if we could have ticket workflows for example.
EU requests a pre-defined service be performed for them such as a DNS request.
-> request will be pushed to the DNS team for review -> request once reviewed can go to an approver for the change -> request goes back to the DNS team for implementation. -> ticket closure.
I feel that these 2 features would make this the ultimate open source ticket platform!

Wait but not self hosted? Locking features like this behind a paywall doesn't set trudesk apart from the rest of the available ticket systems.
Based on this development strategy, we unfortunately committed ourselves to a different ticket system at the time.
