Stuck on Service Error screen

Open HackerSinhos opened this issue 2 years ago • 14 comments

The app keeps on the service error screen, and it restarts itself on a loop, still with the same error. Tried reinstalling but still stuck.

Please send the report to email. Also, what caused this problem? You can try resetting the application data

Tried too, didn't work, don't know why it's happening.

I can't tell you what's wrong. Send the log to the mail. You can do this by pressing the "Send Report" button on the error screen

I can't, the app restarts it self very quickly, the video shows it

Are you using Magisk?

Yes

Try unselect anything related to google services from the DenyList

polodarb avatar Dec 20 '23 15:12 polodarb

Deselected any Google service from the DenyList, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, didn't work. One thing I found is that versions 1.0.3 and 1.0.2 work normally, anything up to that version does the same error.

Strange. Thanks for the information, I'll try to look into the problem

This happened to me too, seems like updating "Play Integrity Fix" to 15.5 fixes the issue.

Though, I also updated LSPosed and Kitsune and installed Systemless Hosts, but it's most likely that updating PIF fixed the issue.

It seemed that after an update (from Android 13 to Android 14), the app works fine. (I did a data reset to update the phone) Still, I don't know why that happened earlier.

That's great. Thanks for the feedback!

Unfortunately, it turned out that the problem has not yet been solved, and the given methods for solving it are rather side effects and some people still encounter it, so reopening this for investigation. Would be very glad if someone provided logs or something like that.
