Hive notebooks are not pinned to storage instance

Currently when the public IPFS instance does a GC, it clears out all the notebooks. As the new deployments also not pinned to storage node, the hive CI needs to be re-run.

We need to pin the hive notebooks to storage instance or better to nft.storage.
