Remove mysql-connector in requirements.txt

I use master branch to launch and received the error.

harvester-worker_1 | sqlalchemy.exc.NotSupportedError: (mysql.connector.errors.NotSupportedError) Authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password' is not supported
