Show conviction of vote instead of current lock in the UI

- What is the current behavior and expected behavior?
When voting in a referendum with conviction, hovering over the clock icon next to "referenda" shows the lock instead of the conviction. As a result, while the referendum is ongoing it displays "None", and only after it has ended it displays the potential lock.
I don't remember if this was always the behaviour (although IIRC for delegated votes under Gov1 it used to show the conviction, eg "1x/d"), but I believe what the user expects to see there is the conviction they voted with.
So, I request that this is changed to show the conviction of the vote, and perhaps only after the referendum ends show the lock and remaining time.
- What is the motivation for changing the behavior?
As mentioned above, I think the current behaviour can be confusing to users, as one would expect to see the conviction they voted with, but instead they see "None", which would be interpreted as "I voted without conviction".
