Extrinsic Submission and Decode tab inconsistency

I entered a tx data in Decode, go to Submission I can see the decoded data and modify it. Go back to Decode the data remains the same, and go to Submission I lost my change.

The sync should be two way instead of one way.

Oh wow, that's awesome that you can go from decode to submission and modify it. So cool. Was really hoping that that would be a thing one day.

One thing I would like to point out if we're in the area is that the decode screen really should (still decode) but warn if there's extra data that was not consumed in the decoding.

Originally (when this went in a couple of months ago), it actually sync-ed from Submission -> Decode as well. However this never went "live" since it was quite fiddly, aka somewhat broken. Can take a re-look, the underlying structure has stabilised quite a bit since then, so it should be "small/tiny".
