Minor validation issue for "reap the sender" transfers

I ran into a minor validation issue. (Tested on Westend).

Consider an account with N tokens. In the following screenshot, my account has ~80 WND. Try sending >N from this account => the validation will fail as it should.

From that point, try a transfer of the full balance (reap the sender): it will not be possible as validation fails and the actionable button is greyed out:

Go back and change the amount to anything <N. No need to do any transfer at that step.

Toggle th "reap the sender" optionb again, NOW the call is possible:

So although the balance is no longer visible in "reap the sender" mode, the validation seem to still apply.
