/upload doesn't work in E2E and produces wrong URL in standard chatroom

As stated in the title, /upload fails to upload any document in any E2E room I've been in. The command executes, no fail can be seen on the server buffer and yet the message never gets posted.

On non E2E rooms the URL shown on weechat(but not the url sent to the chatroom) is not printed as the fqdn, ie matrix.govanify.com, but only by its main domain name, ie govanify.com, so trying to click on the link on your weechat logs will fail. The correct URL can be seen sent in riot and other clients, so this is only an issue for your logs.

This issue seems to have persisted until now. Any chance that this will still be adressed?
