Display current and upgrade versions when there's an update

Get the tarball file name and extract the version number. To get this you have to get the redirect path from the server.

Also, verify that r2 -v matches the tarball version. looks like there's an issue that reinstalls doesnt work and an uninstall of the app is required to get the new version installed.
