feat(statistics): new statistics section

New statistics section.

  • UI was built following the provided figma.
  • Accessibility was tested only on Android
  • Both Android and iOS platforms have been tested on emulator and phisical devices

Due to this and the lack of support for drawing graphs with "comparisons" inside react-native-chart-kit, I switched over react-native-gifted-charts
